Amidst the jubilation, we had the privilege to converse with proud parents who shared their thoughts on this significant milestone. A parent expressed in a brief interview with one of our reporters,“I feel happy, I thank God for seeing him through this training.” She went on about the frustration of the near-endless ASUU strikes. But now, she is optimistic about a future with no industrial action.

As the ceremony concluded, happiness filled the air as family members and friends rejoiced with the inductees. The Nigerian Society of Engineers’ induction of the Faculty of Technology students not only marked the honours and significance of the inductees' academic journey but also symbolized a promising future for engineering excellence in Nigeria.
